If you are planning a wedding or special event, you want to invite all your favourite and special people to share the day to make beautiful and lasting memories.
Does someone you wish to invite require a extra care and support in order for them to feel confident about attending and enjoying the day?
For example, getting to the wedding and attending the reception, then getting back home when they want to leave? Do they need support with their mobility, do they use a wheelchair or walker? Require support while eating, drinking, reminding to take their medication and other activities of daily living, maybe helping them to a space to rest, to go to the toilet and you wonder how they would manage and cope on their own, yet maintain their dignity and independence? Or maybe they just require someone they can trust and feel comfortable with to feel included, to chat with them and keep them safe.
I offer an individual, one to one, professional, kind and empathetic carer companion service. I have 12 years’ experience in healthcare and nursing.
I am passionate about promoting dignity and independence. I want to empower that special guest to feel comfortable and confident while I assist and support them tactfully and with empathy. Supporting them to be them, to have purpose and something to look forward to and to do what they wish to do.
Let me assist and support them as a carer companion so that both you and they can relax, enjoy and take part in your special day.
It is so important for family members who care for their loved ones every day to have a period of respite, some time off, to be present in their own space, to enjoy the celebrations and not feel responsible for anyone else but themselves for a while.
Let me take that worry from you, be their carer for the day and give you that space and time to be you.
Within each package is a consultation via teams, on the phone or in person to discuss logistics and your individual needs as well as our mutual expectations. We would go through the whole event so that every stage is discussed and documented in detail. We can work around any existing care that is in place.
I will send a copy for your approval, and we can discuss any amendments if these are necessary so that expectations can be met.
My main priority is the person I am caring for. Ensuring I have all relevant information to do this is key.

Bronze Package - Event Only - £350
I will meet the person at the wedding venue at a mutually convenient time prior to the event.
We will ensure the person has all they need to feel comfortable and confident.
If mobility is a concern, I will support the person to remain as independent and safe as possible.
I will assist and support to promote independence and dignity, to ensure the person is comfortable and confident throughout the event. I will remain by the person's side, offering individual one-to-one care for the duration of the event.
If a change of venue is part of the event, for example, the Wedding Breakfast and Reception, I can transfer the person in my car (which is insured for this purpose) and remain exclusively with them as their attentive carer and companion.
At a mutually convenient time, I will then leave the person in the care of their loved ones at the event venue.

Silver Package - Home, Event, Home - £550
I will arrive at the person's home where I will help them into their chosen outfit and ensure they are ready in good time and have all they need to feel confident and empowered.
If mobility is a concern, I will support the person to remain as independent and safe as possible.
We would drive to the venue in my car (which is insured for this purpose).
Once there, I will assist and support to promote dignity and independence, to ensure the person is comfortable and confident throughout the event. I will remain by the person's side, offering individual one-to-one care for the duration of the event.
If a change of venue is part of the event, for example, the Wedding Breakfast or Reception, I can transfer the person in my car and remain exclusively with them as their attentive carer and companion.
At a time convenient to the person, I will take them home, help them to change (if they so wish), and ensure they are comfortable.
I will also support the person if they require anything to eat or drink, if any medication prompting is needed, or personal cares are required as well as settle them in their own space prior to leaving.

Gold Package - Home, Event, Overnight - £850
I will arrive at the person's home where I will help them into their chosen outfit and ensure they are ready in good time and have all they need to feel confident and empowered.

We would drive to the venue in my car (which is insured for this purpose).
Once there, I will assist and support to promote dignity and independence to ensure the person is comfortable and confident throughout the event. I will remain by the person's side, offering individual one-to-one care for the duration of the event.

PLUS
I can remain overnight at the person's home to provide one-to-one assistance and support. I can provide personal care, assist and support them in the morning, help with getting dressed, having breakfast, prompting with medication administration, and leave them safe and comfortable.

Multiple Guest Coordination: Provision of care for more than one guest, ensuring that several family members can attend and enjoy the festivities simultaneously.

We provide an initial overview of how our professional carer and companion services can support your guest,
We also send you a form to complete and return, please don’t worry if it cannot be completed in full as this is something we can both work on completing as we go along.
Personal Consultation:
Once you're ready to move forward, we schedule a consultation via Microsoft Teams, phone, or in person (if possible).
During this session, we discuss the logistics of the day, individual care requirements, and mutual expectations to ensure a perfect fit.
Detailed Event Planning:
We walk through every stage of your wedding day together.
A detailed plan is documented and sent to you for approval, usually via email. We are happy to make any necessary amendments to ensure your complete peace of mind.
Optional Introduction Visits:
To build rapport and ensure your guest feels comfortable, additional introduction visits can be arranged prior to the big day (subject to an hourly rate and mileage).
Securing Your Date:
To finalize the booking and secure our services for your date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
Flexibility & Changes:
We understand that plans can evolve. You may amend your chosen care package up until 30 days before the event.
While we will always try to accommodate a change of date, this is subject to our current availability.
On the Wedding Day:
Depending on your chosen package, we provide one-to-one care, mobility support, and transportation (in a fully insured vehicle) to ensure your guest is independent, safe, and empowered to enjoy the celebrations alongside you.
